菊池麻衣子さんの元夫を逮捕 インサイダー取引の疑い
ジャストシステム社とコンサル契約をしていた関係者から情報を入手し妻名義などの講座を使ってジャスト社株役35万株を買い付けたそう。売却で約6000万円もうけたとか。
200円前後で買っている計算だからそうすると5月終わりごろの急に出来高が増えたときか。あからさまだ。

昔、J-Coffeeの株式日記というホームページがあり、株に関わるきなくさい事件やそのときチャートはこう動いた。といったことが記録としてあり、大変興味深く読みあさっていました。

ちなみに私がジャストシステムを売買していたのは2005年頃。当時、xfyがどうのこうのでえらい急騰しました。
500円から4,000円へ急騰した時期があったんですね。すごい懐かしい。
自分は経済知識など無知に近いのでチャートと当時のYahoo銘柄掲示板から引用。
まずは当時の日足チャート
4/6は月曜なので前日は4/3金曜日。
当初の掲示板でも「なぜ上げている」的な内容でその返答ぶりは
（信用貸借のようで）単なる仕手で踏み上げ的な。という意見が多かった。
そして４／３引け後にキーエンスと業務提携。株式を渡す？ということでジャストは46億円調達。
借入金返済などで企業存続となったような。2月の時点では海外事業などがやばくて撤退で赤字大幅に膨らんだとか。
4/6はストップ高だが掲示板は売り煽りが多かった。それはキーエンスは株価160円でジャスト株を46億円分購入したから。
株発行して第三者割当増資的なことだから？
だから月曜寄り天でそのあと下落していきました。
間違っていたらすいません。自分なりに読み進めて解釈したままに書いています。
とあるようにインサイダー疑惑がでていたんですね。
出来高も急に増えてますし。
出来高急増を察知していたら5月入ったときが買い時だったな。
